Emils Balceris (born 1992) is currently studying in Grobinas Gymnasium 12th class. In 2008 Emil graduated from Melngaila Liepaja children's music school class of wind instruments, saxophone department. Was singing in studios "Aprila pilieni". In the same year won two Grand Prix awards in international competitions in Bulgaria and Lithuania. In 2009 he earned a third place in the International Vocal Competition "Kaunas talants 2009" and 3rd place in the international song contest in Poland Zelona Gora in a duet with Sabine Berezina. In 2008 and 2009 was backing vocalist for Sabine Berezina at the Eurovision national selection. In 2007 took part in finals of "Latvijas talantas" show, has also been in the TV3 show "Choir Wars". From summer 2009 Emils is member of the project Musiqq. The duet got nomination for the best song at "Music Bank 2009", Latvian Annual Music Awards 2009, and 2010 released their first album.

Marats Ogleznevs (born 1983) is founding member of the group "Device" with which released three studio albums and in 2002 got at "Top Of The Pop" title "new stars". In 2009 in the summer together with Emils Balceris founded the project "Musiqq". He is author of Eurovision entry "Angel In Disguise"
